Financial Policy
All charges you incur are your responsibility regardless of your insurance coverage. We must emphasize that as your dental care provider, our relationship is with you, our patient, not with your insurance company. Your insurance policy is a contract between you, your employer, and the insurance company. Our office is not a party of that contract. If payment from your insurance company is not received 60 days from the date of service, you will be expected to pay the balance in full. As a courtesy to you we will help you process all your insurance claims. Payment is due at the time service is provided and we will collect your patient portion on the day of. Returned checks and past due balances over 30 days are subject to a monthly 3% finance charge. Additionally, you will be charged $75 an hour for broken or cancelled appointments without 48 business hour advances notice. If is vital that you give our office at least 48 hour advanced notice to avoid any cancellation fees.
