I went to Dr Okada for an Invisalign quote and instead I found a new dentist! I had been with my previous dentist for over a decade and was always satisfied but after coming to a visit with Dr Okada and her team I was wowed!!! Dr Okada is knowledgeable, passionate about what she does and cares about her patients. She really takes her time to explain what you need and why you need it. She is honest and her priority is your care. I’ve now had a few fillings done, a new crown put in and one word I never thought I would say is both were PAINLESS! We live in the neighborhood and for years I’ve been going to Milpitas for Dental care. Last year I finally decided to see Dr. Okada and her team. It’s been a great experience! Dr. Okada takes care of her patients like family. I like it that I don’t have to wait for my crown for weeks, she makes it in her clinic and have it at the end of your appointment. She’s cool and awesome! Dental appointments are always stressful but the team makes you feel at ease . It’s a welcoming and warm atmosphere. - Sep 2022 

Dr. Okada and the hygienist Lil are the BEST! I've been Dr. O's patient since she started her practice, and although I am a Medicare patient and pay out of pocket, I would not go elsewhere. My Plan B would cover cleanings and X-rays, but that's it. I'd rather go to a dentist and a hygienist who know my mouth and my history. NB: ¡Se habla español! I have been with Dr. Okada since she bought her practice from the previous dentist at this location. The office was very close to my house (walking distance) and that was part of my decision when I moved to this area in 1976. But I STAYED with Dr. O--even after retirement and losing my benefits, even after moving to a new community--because of her skill and also, her compassion. Who loves going to the dentist??? Right??? But everyone at this location is professional, friendly and very honest about treatment options and their cost as well as the patient's comfort level or anxiety. Medicare will cover cleanings and x-rays for me, but I'd rather pay out of pocket to the doctor who knows (and cares about) both my mouth and my financial situation. I had to cancel recently, (unusual) and the office personnel were tireless in trying to work me in before my rescheduled appointment (weeks away.) The health of my mouth is the most important aspect of my dental care, but it's no small thing to have to pay for it, and I'd like to mention that Dr. O has been in a successful practice for quite a bit, and so she is in a position to have purchased her own equipment and doesn't have to send out to labs for every crown or etc. This gives the dentist direct control over the quality as well as being able to obtain it quickly. Last and least important: the office is conveniently located where there is plenty of parking! - Apr 2023 

When my former dentist moved ( Ken) , he referred me to Lorna. Thankfully I live not to far from her office. It was a great experience from the very beginning. Then after I got married, I recommended him to Lorna because he was very dissatisfied with his former dentist. My husband said the comparison was night and day. It’s been more than a over a decade and although we moved, we certainly don’t want to go anywhere but continue with Lorna dental care services & with her team. Going to Lorna’s clinic, is kind a like going to a friends house. Welcoming, comfortable, warm & friendly.. All her dental technicians/hygienist are amazing and gentle every time. This is super important to be because, I have a bit of a dental phobia growing up. Lorna has extended her care to my mother-in-law (late 80’s) when she visited & chipped her tooth. Her dental clinic even donated dental items to the Philippines when a local volcano erupted displacing many. Lorna was quick to efficiently identified an early infection root infection and recommended me immediate for immediate root canal intervention. It’s was a great referral experience too. Her clinic is amazing and I will highly recommended her. My husband and I plan to continue to do so for many years. ❤️👍👌 - Jul 2023 

I have been doing some light ortho work with Dr. Okada and yesterday I went in for one of the final steps. I had one front tooth smaller than it's partner and she did a filling on it that came out perfect. The color and shape are an exact match!
