Our family has been with Dr. Okada for over 20 years and there are many reasons why we have stayed - plus made recommendations to others who have been so happy to have found this gem of a dental office. Dr. Okada is amazing and her staff is always so friendly and helpful. Dr. Okada is always available to give thorough explanations, explain multiple options for treatment with the pros and cons of each, and provides great recommendations related to ortho too. She is really full service! She has referred out our kids for ortho, done my ortho treatment herself, and our son just got his wisdom teeth pulled in her office by a surgeon she contracts with. The office staff is also great about accommodating family appointments together and working with our busy schedules. Over the 20+ years that we've had 5 family members receiving service multiple times each year there was only one error with a booked appointment that the staff immediately found a way to resolve for us. Having been referred to Dr Lorna Okada back in 2008, through Dr Lou Polous DDS (now retired); I have had excellent success in the skills that Dr Okada has and her team. One thing you can count on with Dr Okada is Trust! In the type of personal services, practice and business, one thing is not transferable, that's Trust. It has to be earned. I've been going to Dr. Okada since she bought the practice long ago. She and her staff have always made it a pleasant experience to go to the dentist. I used to jokingly say to my wife, " well, I'm off to the house of pain", but not anymore. She has proven to be a very caring individual who treats the object in the chair as a person and not just a mouth full of teeth. She and her staff are highly professional, highly skilled and I highly recommend them. I hope to be able to continue going to Dr. Okada for a long time. - Feb 2023 

I haven't gone wrong yet with visits to Dr. Okada's office. She's truly a professional in her field, has a sense of humor, and knows how to help improve my dental and gum health. I went to Dr Okada for an Invisalign quote and instead I found a new dentist! I had been with my previous dentist for over a decade and was always satisfied but after coming to a visit with Dr Okada and her team I was wowed!!! Dr Okada is knowledgeable, passionate about what she does and cares about her patients. She really takes her time to explain what you need and why you need it. She is honest and her priority is your care. I’ve now had a few fillings done, a new crown put in and one word I never thought I would say is both were PAINLESS! NB: ¡Se habla español! I have been with Dr. Okada since she bought her practice from the previous dentist at this location. The office was very close to my house (walking distance) and that was part of my decision when I moved to this area in 1976. But I STAYED with Dr. O--even after retirement and losing my benefits, even after moving to a new community--because of her skill and also, her compassion. Who loves going to the dentist??? Right??? But everyone at this location is professional, friendly and very honest about treatment options and their cost as well as the patient's comfort level or anxiety. Medicare will cover cleanings and x-rays for me, but I'd rather pay out of pocket to the doctor who knows (and cares about) both my mouth and my financial situation. I had to cancel recently, (unusual) and the office personnel were tireless in trying to work me in before my rescheduled appointment (weeks away.) The health of my mouth is the most important aspect of my dental care, but it's no small thing to have to pay for it, and I'd like to mention that Dr. O has been in a successful practice for quite a bit, and so she is in a position to have purchased her own equipment and doesn't have to send out to labs for every crown or etc. This gives the dentist direct control over the quality as well as being able to obtain it quickly. Last and least important: the office is conveniently located where there is plenty of parking! - Apr 2023
