Best dentist ever Dr. Okada and her staff including her office is amazing and they have the latest technology on 3D scanning my teeth to have machine make my new crown with one hour. Just had my first of many upcoming appointments to get my teeth back where they need to be. Called the office and was able to get in pretty quickly. Tiffany, the office manager, has been absolutely amazing to work with and is so kind and honest. The doctor is really nice and took time to explain what was going on and what needed to be done, and did not pressure me to stay at her office but gave me multiple options to choose from and was very genuine. When my former dentist moved ( Ken) , he referred me to Lorna. Thankfully I live not to far from her office. It was a great experience from the very beginning. Then after I got married, I recommended him to Lorna because he was very dissatisfied with his former dentist. My husband said the comparison was night and day. It’s been more than a over a decade and although we moved, we certainly don’t want to go anywhere but continue with Lorna dental care services & with her team. Going to Lorna’s clinic, is kind a like going to a friends house. Welcoming, comfortable, warm & friendly.. All her dental technicians/hygienist are amazing and gentle every time. This is super important to be because, I have a bit of a dental phobia growing up. Lorna has extended her care to my mother-in-law (late 80’s) when she visited & chipped her tooth. Her dental clinic even donated dental items to the Philippines when a local volcano erupted displacing many. Lorna was quick to efficiently identified an early infection root infection and recommended me immediate for immediate root canal intervention. It’s was a great referral experience too. Her clinic is amazing and I will highly recommended her. My husband and I plan to continue to do so for many years. ❤️👍👌 - Jul 2023

This review is way overdue. I have been a patient of Dr. Okada for over 5 years. She and her wonderful staff have been taking care of my teeth and gums. When I first came in I had a lot of "4"s, if you don't know what that is you don't have a good dentist. That has since improved and my teeth and gums are better. I've had fillings, cleaning and imaging done and have been very happy with the services provided. Dr. Okada is experienced, she's a wealth of knowledge, straightforward and sets the tone in this office. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I can't say enough good things about this facility. My husband and I drive from Redwood City to get our teeth cleaned/taken care of here. I trust Dr. Okada and her staff. I am truly grateful for all their help. Shout out to Lilia and Gina who are the best dental hygienists. Lilia is super gentle, friendly and succinct on her explanations/instructions with dental care.
